Food- Food comes first in life. I love to try new foods. I've even eaten a fried worm or some sort of maggot. My favorite fruit is oranges, favorite vegetables are broccoli and olives (if that is a vegetable), favorite dessert is ice cream. I hate carrots and anything hot or spicy (chiles, pepper, ginger).
TV- Television comes second. Favorite television shows: Arrested Development, Doctor Who (a recent obsession), Black Books, Spaced, Scrubs, The Daily Show, Frontline, American Masters, Nova, POV, Wide Angle, Early Edition, My Name is Earl, Monk, and Psych.
Movies- Shaun of the Dead, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Saving Private Ryan, Glory, Dr. Strangelove, Lord of the Rings trilogy, Star Wars (IV, V, VI), KPax, Paulie, Babe, The Gladiator, A Beautiful Mind, and Shawshank Redemption.
Music- Now that I've aquired faster Internet access my taste in music has grown. Oldie groups such as the Beatles, the Eagles, America, Chicago, and the Carpenters will always have a special place in my heart. Current bands I've been listening to are Franz Ferdinand and the Fratellis. The song that I have on repeat is Come on Eileen by Dexy's Midnight Runners.
Books- I haven't done a lot of reading this year. My favorite book of all time: Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Others are Harry Potter series, Discworld series, Catch-22, The Great Gatsby, The Five People You Meet in Heaven, and Night.
